First Self Portrait of 2014.
Happy New Year Friends!
I just wanted to share some thoughts on how I will make 2014 a better year.
1. What you feed your mind is as important as what you feed your body. Be mindful of what you subject your mind to.
2. Open my mind and just be still. Make time to let my mind relax and embrace uncertainty.
3. Stop complaining. Complaining may feel good at the time but I will try to never finish a negative sentence.
